2023

• August: Signed a supply agreement for duty-free shops of Vietnamese in Australia (Maxcare Pharma Pty Ltd).
• June: Supplied Nature’s top propolis spray and toothpaste to well-known chain store pharmacies in South Korea.
• April: Surpassed 100 local trading partners (retailers) in Australia.
• March: Established a local company (pty ltd) in New Zealand.

2022

• December: Signed a supply agreement for duty-free shops at Incheon International Airport departure terminals and five other airport locations.
• October: Signed a distribution agreement for the Hanoi region in Vietnam with BEOLIFE (CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN BEOLIFE).
• June: Relocated to new headquarters in South Korea (Marriott Tower, 11th floor, Guro Digital Complex, Seoul).

2021

• May: Expanded production facilities for STICK POUCH TYPE MANUKA HONEY & BOTTLE TYPE MANUKA HONEY.

2020

• February: Officially began exporting 15 product categories to Vietnam.

2019

• October: Nature’s top SUPER NONI 12000 PREMIUM began to sell at the in-flight duty-free shop of Korean Air.
• February: Received formal approval for the import of 15 Nature’s top products (health functional foods, over-the-counter medicines, cosmetics, etc.) from Vietnamese health authorities and related government agencies.

2018

• September: Completed on-site inspection by the South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for overseas manufacturing facilities.
• March: Established a local branch in Vietnam (Vietnam Australia Natures Bio Technology Pty Ltd Co., Ltd).

2017

• June: Signed a contract and commenced exports of 6 additional products with Good Health America Co., Ltd in the United States.
• March: Signed a supply agreement with the duty-free shop of Korean Air.
• January: Opened a branch in Seoul, Korea (Guro Digital Complex).

2016

• June: Entered the Hanwha Galleria at Yeouido 63 Building.
• April: Entered the in-flight duty-free shops of Asiana Airlines.

2015

• November: Entered Shinsegae Duty-Free Shop.
• October: Signed a sales contract with Eastar Jet for in-flight sales.
• September: Signed a sales contract with Changi Limited Company in Shanghai, China, for Dr. John’s Toothpaste, and other products.
• August: Entered Lotte Duty-Free Shop.
• June: Signed a sales contract with Changyi Limited Company in Beijing, China, for Natures Top.

2014

• June: Concluded a supply contract for duty-free shops with Jeju Tourism Organization and Jeju JDC Duty-Free Shop.

2013

• May: Signed an exclusive supply contract for the Korean market with Lipa Pharmaceutical Company for natural vitamins.
• January: Signed a supply contract for the Walker Hill Duty-Free Shop.

2012

• December: Signed an OEM contract with Dongguk Pharmaceutical Company for sales in over 2,700 famous pharmacies, department stores, and other locations nationwide.
• March: Entered the Galleria Duty-Free Shop.

2011

• January: Entered the SDF Duty-Free Shop in Sydney.

2010

• September: Exported to China, Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou regions through a contract with the Vitex Group, commencing export of 6 additional products including Vital Joint.
• March: Established an affiliated office in New Zealand and started exporting all products to New Zealand.

2009

• October: Signed a supply contract for Nature’s Way Premium Spirulina and Omega-3 products with Hyundai Home Shopping.
• April: Signed a supply contract for Propolis capsules and Propolis liquid products with Nonghyup Mart in Seoul and Gyeonggido province.

2008

• October: Signed a sales contract with Billys Inside (Yangjae-dong, Seoul) and a supply contract for 8 Nature’s Way Premium health functional food products to famous pharmacies nationwide.
• May: Health functional food products including Omega-3, Vital Joint, and EPO received health functional food import declaration approval from the South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety.
• February: Established a branch in South Korea, NBT Korea, located at 1183-2, Yujung Building, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

2007

• October: Reached an export agreement with Inter China Limited in Beijing, China.
• June: Commenced exports to Hong Kong through Tomey Ltd. with Royal Jelly and 6 other products.

2006

• September: Signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Nature’s Premium Korea Co., Ltd., and began OEM production, actively exporting to Japan, Singapore, the United States, and other countries, in addition to Australia.
• August: Received TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) approval for 12 product categories in Australia.
• June: Signed a distribution contract with Korea Mir Trading Co., Ltd. for Nature’s Top products.

2005

• February: Began trade with Shin Kang Hwa Health Co., Ltd. in Singapore.
• February: Applied for registration approval with health authorities in the UK, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

2004

• October: Signed a distribution agreement with Shin Kang Hwa Health Co., Ltd. for Nature’s Premium products.
• July: Signed an OEM production and supply contract with Micromedironi Co., Ltd.
• May: Signed a supply contract with Shimizu Kenko Trading Co., Ltd. for Co-enzyme Q10, Royal Jelly, Omega-3, and other products.

2003

• November: Signed a supply contract with Kiwi Trading Pty. Ltd. in New Zealand.
